Update ISO9001 certificate

At the beginning of October we passed this year’s ISO 9001 surveillance audit by an auditor of BSI Group Deutschland GmbH without any deviations.

This year’s audit was linked to our official switch to the 2015 version of ISO9001.

The auditor of BSI writes in his report:

„At the time of the audit, the following points should be highlighted positively:

• systematic and analytical handling of all quality-relevant issues, which has already led to a very high level of the QM system (introduction in 2015)
• definition of all necessary processes in meaningful process descriptions and work instructions
• the high degree of control of outsourced processes”

And the auditor commented further: “Continuous improvement is one of the organisation’s most important goals in order to meet market requirements and to be able to implement the defined corporate goals.“

In this respect, we will therefore continue to pursue this topic consistently.
