Experts experience the power of Neander’s Dtorque 111 turbo diesel outboard at the first MARX test day

On 28 June 2017 in best weather the MARX team in Hamburg welcomed customers and interested professionals to a joint tour on the river Elbe to experience the fascination of the new Dtorque 111.

The close cooperation with MARX was emphasised by my participation. This made it possible to answer the many press questions about the development and the background of the motor at first hand by us as the manufacturer. Smooth water with some bow waves provided harbour-typical conditions throughout the day. Therefore the overall judgement at the end of the day was 100% positive. “The motor’s potential is totally convincing” said one of the MARX test drive’s participants.

The Neander Dtorque 111 is especially suitable for professional uses like working boats, tender boats, fire brigade and police boats. With its mighty 111 Nm at 2,500 rpm it gives the boat the necessary thrust and brings it into the plane quickly even when it is fully loaded – both with moderate consumption (10-12 litres per hour).
