Neander takes over new direct distribution channels for Germany, Denmark, Austria and Switzerland
As of August 1st Neander, owner and manufacturer of the 50hp diesel outboard Dtorque 50, will take on direct distribution of the Dtorque for Germany, Denmark, Austria and Switzerland. This territory has previously been managed by Friedrich Marx GmbH & Co. KG.
In view of Neander’s growth plans, the Marx company has now waived its distribution rights.
Neander’s Global Sales Director, Joel Reid, in a statement said:
Robert Marx has not only been a great partner but is also a shareholder in Neander and is the reason why we decided to enter the diesel outboard market. Robert has again shown his support to Neander by allowing us to sell directly to OEM’s, dealers and large accounts which therefore allows us to offer a more competitive price and increase sales volumes. I thank Robert and the whole of the Marx Technik team for all their support to getting us where we are today and look forward to this new venture. In the near future we will be appointing a dealer network throughout this territory that will be managed from our HQ in Kiel.
